4 Days Pranayama

When we talk about yoga, the first thing comes to our mind is Asana but we actually forget the other aspects of yoga that is Pranayama & Meditation. As Asana helps to cure the physical body, Pranayama techniques helps to detoxify the respiratory system and works on Pranas. Whereas the practice of Meditation give us a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both our emotional well – being and our overall health. Those who are looking for learning the techniques of different Pranayama and had hard time problem to meditate. This 4 days Pranayama & meditation course is the best option to gain, explore and bring the traditional practice into your daily life. The candidates will explore the right techniques of practicing pranayama & meditation.

Note: It is advised that you arrive at the ashram one day before the course starts.
