You will be provided with the Yoga Alliance USA certificate for 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course.
Of course yes. This certificate is globally valid and accepted for the yoga instructors.
You will be learning all aspects of yoga like Asanas, Pranayamas, Mantra chanting, Meditation,
Mudra, Bandha, Cleansing process, Yoga Philosophy and anatomy. This way you will become a
complete yoga teacher and not just a fitness trainer.
Yoga is a holistic therapy for body, mind, heart, and soul. So you will find many health benefits, clear mind and decision making, stress release, emotional maturity, emotional intelligence and benefits for your soul. Our previous students have reported various life-changing experiences and some have achieved peak experiences too.
Please bring any comfortable clothing for yourself according to the season. You don’t need to wear
only white or any special color. But our clothing must be decent that doesn’t draw unnecessary
attention on us or the dress, which respect the Indian culture.
Bring the clothes for personal use according to the season, any medicines you need. Bringing raincoat
in the rain season is suggested. We provide all the bedding and bed sheet but bring your own towels.
You don’t need to bring any yoga mat, yoga books or writing material. Yoga Books will be provided in
Ashram’s library. In the local market nearby you can find most of the things of daily use.
No, all students are coming from different parts of the world, so English are most likely second language of them. The courses
are easily understandable and teachers will help you in anything.
Yes, it is possible to attend the TTC with your partner.
Our guests stay in neat, shared double rooms with two single beds and bedding appropriate to each season. Guest rooms all have night tables and shelves as well as an attached bathroom with hot water, shower head, and a western toilet.
The Ashram provides three freshly cooked Sattvic vegetarian meals a day complete with Gluten Free and Vegan options. Breakfast includes: Ayurvedic herbal tea, homemade muesli, porridge, parantha and fruits. Lunch and dinner often consist of dal (beans), vegetables (pumpkin, carrot, cauliflower, peas, spinach), rice and chapati.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests is of utmost importance to us. The Ashram is run by a Women and we have trusted staff. (the Ashram is locked at night). A dedicated front office and 24-hour on-site staff are available to make your stay comfortable and to offer any assistance needed including medical.
